lol when will they realize!?

Nan Demo K(Nai)ves • 1 year ago

LOL I was cringing so hard this episode, I was not expecting Kurokawa's eventual drama to be like this, he's acting so clingy, possessive and jealous, I can't help but cringe. I can't believe he was smiling when Tsuji was having a relapse from his trauma, he's such a malicious person and then he has the audacity to act shocked when Tsuji said he'd leave the team lol.

I'm glad Tsuji has such great teammates, they spoke to him soon after their talk with Kurokawa and let him know what they were told and that they worried if something had happened between them. I'm glad they trust Tsuji.

Ur right bro, even other teammates are better then this type of friend...

You are close, but a bit off as well. Actually, Kurokawa went into a stage called 'a human's true nature'. There is an article stating that humans show their true nature only when they feel cornered or feel like they are losing everything they hold dear. This makes their brain relapse to a survival instinct where they would bring everything and everyone down to keep what is most dear to them. But that is also synonym to stooping at the lowest point and doing stuff that will affect everyone.

Kurokawa truly believes that HE should be the only friend Joe is 'supposed' to have. That is exactly how this feels. And that is like you call it 'possessiveness'. But the point where I consider you are wrong is where you say this is 'cringe'. It is not, because this anime shows friendships like they used to be back in the days of our parents and a bit after... friendships used to be more precious and closer then, when the label of 'gay' didn't have so much strength to break friendships like it was then. Kurokawa cares for Joe, but not in a gay manner - he truly wants to be the ONLY friend for Joe and he feels Tsuji is taking his only friend away from him. This also comes from Subaru's inner insecurity, where he feels that he is not fun or carismatic enough to be Joe's only friend and that once a better friend comes into the picture, Subaru will be forgotten. Add all of these negative feelings together, and you get Malicious Subaru. Hope this helps!

ironic, tsuji didnt join the team of his own accord, its jo who egged him into it,n even then there are people in the team giving him 1001 reason why he should quit,or never have joined in the first place.didnt subaru remember how jo treated tsuji before their first win?its like shouting at him, blaming him for this n that, till subaru had to pull jo away n tell him to calm down.now that they get along hes instead unhappy n out to attack tsuji emotionally?what a problematic team, maybe thats why they could never get better.

Koenji agrees, shooto was manipulated. Koenji wouldn`t allow his friends to betray him, Koenji betrays his friends first.

Thats BL for ya.

Turquoise Moon • 1 year ago

Not true. There are a lot of BL-ish anime that shows better writing than standard anime out there. Some examples are Given (which is really BL) and Sasaki to Miyano. Even the most toxic BL like Maiden Rose and Ai no Kusabi and Kaze to ki no Uta are better in terms of psychology than this. For sports anime, there's Ookiku Furikabutte that's incomparably better too. It has a clingy, insecure masochist as pitcher paired with an ego-tripping narcissist of a catcher- but it's amazing how the relationship turned out to be even more refreshing and entertaining than Eiji's and Miyuki's partnership in Ace no Diamond. It's good when characters realize their shortcomings the hard way. And Ookiku's dynamics are funny rather than over-dramatic. It's one of the best BL-ish anime out there.

Absolutely idiotic drama. Do the writers not know how humans behave?

GreenTea Gal • 1 year ago

ohhhhh this is some petty yandere shit! #oreomiro I was wondering where the BL cringe had gone :D

Mi-chan • 1 year ago

Although this series it a bit too dramatic for my taste I still actually enjoyed this episode. Taking Kurokawa being a literal psychopath aside, I really felt like Tsuji’s personality is getting so sweet and kind. Which is why his teammates trusts him! only to him getting broken from the trauma Kurosawa brought up… In the end Kurokawa didn’t think about anything else other than revenge and take his “beloved” partner back and didn’t think about the consequences…
Poor Tsuji getting caught up in other people’s problems while slowly healing from his own… :(

Kurokawa , I think he feel good to bully someone , and that he forget how he was bullied... He is just the worst..I hope he will remember it when he will be bullying again

man kurokawa is really toxic and playing dirty only to fulfill his sexual fantasy toward jo. i'd avoid someone like that the most

Here comes the yandere lmaoo

I am not one to judge on pettiness but dragging Tsuji's trauma out was a lowest of the low move. Glad the rest of the team has faith in Tsuji though, nice to see that they're all getting along... except for someone

みんす • 1 year ago

Kurokawa's villain arc lol Ugh Jo is so dense and insensitiv, I'm really bad with that type of person

bari • 1 year ago

lol anotha one

Football Player • 1 year ago

bro Kurokawa is a weirdo of the highest order you already know he has sexual fantasy Jo. I have never seen a male act clingy, possessive and jealous over a friend...🤮

GreenTea Gal • 1 year ago

you don't watch enough "sports" anime then lol

Koenji Rokusuke • 1 year ago

However, sometimes Jo feels a little confused when Tsuji is in his company. Usually when the eyes are on someone else he is OK but when he tries to interact with him he displays a little jealousy that makes him very uncomfortable. This is basically the same guy that claims to have sexually fantasies for Jo which he tries to force into reality Jo is, of course, perplexed about his sudden jealous behavior but does not.

Meenakshi xo (Mim.) • 1 year ago

I despise Kurokawa right now, he was bullied and now is the bully smh! Even if he apologises in next episode - never going to be the same for me. Poor Tsuji, he was slowly getting better and now he's back to square one.
